Return and Refund Policy

HiStrips x Hyrox Instagram Giveaway

Effective Date: May 20, 2026

1. ORGANIZER

This giveaway (the "Giveaway") is organized and operated by HiStrips, a brand of Stay Limitless LLC, located at 228 Park Ave S PMB 43559, New York, New York 10003-1502, United States (hereinafter "the Organizer," "we," or "us").

2. PLATFORM & SPONSORSHIP DISCLAIMER

This Giveaway is hosted on Instagram. It is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. By participating, entrants release Instagram and Meta Platforms, Inc. from any and all liability. Any questions or complaints regarding this Giveaway must be directed to the Organizer, not to Instagram.

3. GIVEAWAY PERIOD

Start date: May 20, 2026 (time of first publication of the giveaway post on the @histrips Instagram account)
End date: May 27, 2026 at 11:59 PM (UTC)
Winners announced: May 29, 2026 via a comment under the official giveaway post on @histrips

Entries submitted after the closing date and time will not be considered.

4. ELIGIBILITY

The Giveaway is open to participants worldwide, subject to the following conditions:

Participants must be at least 13 years of age at the time of entry. Participants under the age of 18 must have obtained prior consent from a parent or legal guardian to enter this Giveaway.
Participants must have a valid, public Instagram account at the time of entry.
Employees, contractors, directors, and officers of Stay Limitless LLC, as well as their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, or sibling) and household members, are not eligible to participate.
Void where prohibited or restricted by applicable law.

5. HOW TO ENTER

To be eligible for this Giveaway, participants must complete all three (3) of the following steps during the Giveaway Period:

Follow the official @histrips account on Instagram.
Like the official giveaway post on the @histrips Instagram account.
Leave a comment under the official giveaway post and tag three (3) people you regularly train with.

Failure to complete all three steps will result in disqualification. Multiple entries per person are permitted, provided each entry tags different individuals. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, offensive, or in violation of Instagram's Terms of Use will be disqualified.

6. PRIZES

6.1 Main Prizes - 2 Winners

Each of the 2 (two) main prize winners will receive:

1 (one) HiStrips x Hyrox limited edition Briefcase
1 (one) pack of HiStrips x Hyrox limited edition Nasal Strips

6.2 Secondary Prizes - 8 Winners

Each of the 8 (eight) secondary prize winners will receive:

1 (one) pack of HiStrips x Hyrox limited edition Nasal Strips

6.3 General Prize Conditions

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
The Organizer reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the specified prize becomes unavailable.
Shipping costs for prize delivery are covered by the Organizer.
Winners are solely responsible for any applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees associated with prize receipt.

7. WINNER SELECTION

Winners will be selected by a two-person jury panel consisting of the HiStrips Social Media Manager and the HiStrips Partnerships Manager, based on their sole discretion. The jury's decision is final and binding.

Winners will be announced via a comment under the official giveaway post on the @histrips Instagram account on the Winners Announcement Date specified in Section 3.

Selected winners will also be contacted via Instagram Direct Message (DM) within 48 hours of the announcement. If a winner does not respond within 5 (five) calendar days of being contacted, the prize will be forfeited and an alternative winner may be selected at the Organizer's discretion.

8. PRIZE DELIVERY

Winners must provide a valid shipping address and all of the needed information within 5 (five) calendar days of being notified. The Organizer will arrange delivery of prizes within a reasonable timeframe. Delivery times may vary depending on the winner's location. The Organizer is not responsible for prizes lost, delayed, or damaged in transit once shipped.

9. DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY

By participating in this Giveaway, participants consent to the collection and processing of their Instagram username and any other personal information voluntarily provided during the entry process, solely for the purposes of administering the Giveaway and delivering prizes.

Personal data will not be sold, shared with third parties, or used for any purpose other than the administration of this Giveaway, unless required by applicable law.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & CONTENT

Participants retain ownership of any content they create or submit in connection with this Giveaway. By participating, participants grant the Organizer a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and share their comments and public Instagram content solely in connection with this Giveaway and for related promotional purposes.

11. DISQUALIFICATION

The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

Tampers with or attempts to manipulate the entry process.
Provides false, inaccurate, or misleading information.
Acts in a manner that is disruptive, offensive, or contrary to the spirit of the Giveaway.
Violates Instagram's Terms of Use.
Does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 4.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Organizer shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in this Giveaway or from the acceptance or use of any prize. The Organizer is not responsible for technical failures, network outages, or any other issues beyond its reasonable control that may affect the Giveaway.

13. MODIFICATIONS & CANCELLATION

The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this Giveaway at any time without prior notice, if circumstances beyond the Organizer's control make it necessary to do so. Any modifications will be communicated via the @histrips Instagram account.

14. GOVERNING LAW

This Giveaway and these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

By entering this Giveaway, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
