The kit is great! Love the nose strips. Loving the mouth strips (even though it took a little time to adjust to NOT mouth breathing at night). I also love the nose sticks, though, I can't say that they really clear up the nasal passages or making breathing easier. They just are quite pleasant to smell when you need a little pick-me-up. Overall, very happy with this first purchase with HiStrips.
