I appreciate how these stay on all night- Iβve tried other brands of mouth tape that donβt cover the entirety of my mouth & donβt stay on all night. Iβd appreciate if the nasal strips came already singled off as that can be a little annoying to maneuver around with.
It was great. Used it for the first time in my first Hyrox Race. It did not drop off as I was sweating profusely and it reminded me to breathe through my nose.
