I appreciate how these stay on all night- I’ve tried other brands of mouth tape that don’t cover the entirety of my mouth & don’t stay on all night. I’d appreciate if the nasal strips came already singled off as that can be a little annoying to maneuver around with.
It was great. Used it for the first time in my first Hyrox Race. It did not drop off as I was sweating profusely and it reminded me to breathe through my nose.

In the beginning it took some getting used to but i find it a great product, no blaring alarm of a morning thats disrupts the house just an easy wake up for myself and the people living with me.
