I use the magnetic Histrip solution during the night to sleep. The 2 magnets are soft on the skin and easy to place with a magnetic holder. You don’t feel them once they’re on. Also easy to remove. It gives me a wider nasal opening that spontaneously triggers me to breathe trough the nose during the night. This also means making less noise while breathing, so my partner is also happy with Histrips. Double effect 👍🏻
