I couldn’t recommend this watch enough! It has completely changed my days. I used to wake up annoyed because my alarm would irritate me no matter was song I picked. Now I get woken up gently and can start my day in a good mood that continues throughout my day. I also love that there’s no EMF so it’s safe to wear all day and night. If you care about your health or just want a new watch and a nicer start to your mornings this is the way to go ✨

I use the magnetic Histrip solution during the night to sleep. The 2 magnets are soft on the skin and easy to place with a magnetic holder. You don’t feel them once they’re on. Also easy to remove. It gives me a wider nasal opening that spontaneously triggers me to breathe trough the nose during the night. This also means making less noise while breathing, so my partner is also happy with Histrips. Double effect 👍🏻

These are awesome because they actually mold to your ear shape. To be honest, I didn't expect them to block out 100% of the noise, but they definitely handle enough of it to help me sleep way better

I've been using the HiStrips Onyx alarm for a few weeks now, and it has genuinely changed how I start my day. I appreciate how these stay on all night- I’ve tried other brands of mouth tape that don’t cover the entirety of my mouth & don’t stay on all night. I’d appreciate if the nasal strips came already singled off as that can be a little annoying to maneuver around with.
